In the his book "Convict Conditioning" Paul "Coach" Wade stresses the necessity of keeping a log to record your progress through the workouts.

example1_800_480.pnThis application is designed to fulfill that purpose.  There are 6 tabs that coincide with "Big Six" in Convict Conditioning.  On each tab when it comes up there is a record of the results of the previous workout so that the user can see the specific goals to match for that specific set.  As the workouts are logged <SAVE> the previous workouts are updated  to reflect the last set.  In addition to being able to log the specific workouts contained in the book the user is able to add alternate workouts as designated by the check box.

Goals

Goals Example If the user desires to view the specific goals on any one of the "Big Six" the user merely need to press the goals button and the goals for that body part are displayed. This is a very easy way to view the progression through the steps.

Likewise there is a details section that displays the specific details on how to perform the specific workout listed in the drop down. The steps are illustrated in depth with a section for Performance, Xray, Training Goals, and a section on perfecting your technique. It is very hand to have this information at your finger tips when you are performing each exercise because as Paul 'Coach" Wade stresses technique is critical!

History

By nature, the background color on any div will only show for the length of the content. This means if you're using a background color or border to create the look of a side column, it won't extend all the way to the footer but will stop when the content ends. If the .content div will always contain more content, you can place a border on the .content div to divide it from the column.
